we gather in devotion to the radiant feminine. Inspired by the myth of the goddess, this feminine inspired retreat invites you to awaken your inner light and return to the essence of love within.

Through daily yoga, stillness, meditation and ceremony, soften into the sweetness of presence, of being, allowing your body to remember its own divinity. 

Imagine waking to the first blush of dawn — the hush before the sun crowns the horizon — where the air is warm, the sea shimmers below, and your heart softens into stillness.

Through yoga, meditation, and ceremony, we’ll explore the qualities of the Goddess, love, devotion, radiance, and embodiment — not as distant archetypes, but as living energies within us.

Expect slow, intentional mornings, inspiring freeing movement, golden afternoons of rest and evenings filled with warmth, laughter, nourishing meals, sisterhood and relaxation.

Each day unfolds as a devotional rhythm — movement, stillness, connection, and myth woven together.

Our daily offerings include:

🩵 Gentle awakening flow, qi-gong & meridian awakening

🩵 Embodied vinyasa flow* infused with eastern philosophy & subtle body anatomy

🩵 5 Element yin, restorative yoga & yoga nidra

🩵 Sacred circle, ritual and ceremony

Each session is designed to gently awaken your inner radiance — honoring both the softness and the strength of the feminine spirit.

*Helen will guide practices to all levels, although this offering is most suitable to those with some previous practice, or current movement practice. Reach out to Helen if you’re not sure if this is suitable before booking.

🌿 Island Exploration 🌿 

You may seek this retreat as the perfect moment of absolute solitude - there is no finer place to recuperate from the hustle of life. Simply rest — swim in the sea, journal beneath olive trees, or nap in the golden afternoon light.

For those seeking to balance with a little more adventure and cultural exploration, between practices, you’ll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the island’s beauty.

Optional activities include:

⭐️Guided hike in nature through sunlit trails to old villages and hidden beaches

⭐️ Boat trip to hidden coves and turquoise waters

⭐️ Hiking trip leading to a secret waterfall

⭐️ Group sailing trip - an afternoon in sunshine, joy and connection - the ultimate afternoon of Goddess indulgence.
